Smart Search
The search bar is located in the top left of your view, next to the Filters button. It allows you to filter reviews using Smart Search or Keyword Search.
To use Smart Search:
You can now search by concept to uncover reviews related to your query, even if they don’t include the exact keywords. For example, searching “confusing instructions” will surface reviews mentioning related terms like “unclear directions,” “hard to follow,” or “not easy to understand.”
Type your query phrase in the search bar.
Smart Search will automatically interpret and surface conceptually related results—no additional steps required!
