The Alerts Page
Yogi monitors your data and alerts you when there’s a change in ratings, sentiment, or volume based on a criteria that you set. Yogi can can also detect those outliers for you, and alert you when there's a change in a negative and/or positive direction. The performance over the selected timeframe is compared to a trailing period to determine if a notable change has occurred.
You can create an alert directly from datapoint on a chart, or from the Alerts page.

Set Up a New Alert
Utilize the filter panel to select the data you wish to monitor. You can also include keywords. Click Apply to save your selections.
If you're creating an alert from a chart, your filters will automatically be carried over based on your selected datapoint.
Choose your criteria type, and set your thresholds.
Choose whether you want to monitor Sentiment, Rating, or Review Volume, and select the time period you want to analyze.
If you wish, set a minimum reviews filter to ensure you only receive emails when the data meets a minimum threshold of reviews.
Name your alert.
Invite other team members to receive this alert.
Click Create Alert in the bottom right, and your alert is now live!
View your Alerts
You can edit, share, duplicate, or delete any of your existing alerts on the Alerts page.
If you wish to keep an alert but want to turn it off so you don't receive triggers, simply use the toggle to turn it "off."
