Adding or Swapping Products
You can request additional products, swap existing ones, or delete items at any time during the engagement, following the Terms & Conditions outlined in your SOW.
Requests for account updates can take 1-2 weeks.
How it works for swaps or additions:
Download and update this provided product template.
Fill in the name of the product, a reference URL (where we can find the product on a website), any additional custom filter values, and the retailers where we should look for reviews.
Examples of these can be found on the template, but they should reflect what is found in your account.
Submit your request and updated list to your Yogi Customer Success Manager.
How it works for deletions:
Please submit a list of product names and which retailers (review sources) you’d like to delete them from to your Yogi Customer Success Manager.
