Introducing Charts
The Charts page is where you visualize and analyze the feedback in your hub. Build charts to spot trends, compare brands or products, and dig into themes by sentiment, rating, or volume.
Build a chart in three moves
All your chart controls — templates, metrics, breakdowns, and filters — are grouped in the query builder on the left, so your chart gets the full canvas.
Start from any template. Choose from a menu of easy, one-click chart templates, or create a freeform chart to start from scratch.
Choose a breakdown. Decide how to slice your data — by theme, brand, source, and beyond.
Apply filters. Filter down to the brands and feedback you care about.
Iterate without rebuilding
Switch your primary breakdown on the fly to view the same data through a different lens — no rebuilding required.
Swap chart types to see your data from a new angle. Go from a stacked bar chart to a line chart in one click.
Add a secondary metric or breakdown on certain charts to layer additional context — for example, show volume alongside sentiment on a line chart.
Adjust the time range and time bucket to zoom into a quarter or broaden out to two years.
Export and get help
Export your chart from the top-right corner — copy, PNG, CSV, or send to email.

Get help, or just ask Yogi
Open the help drawer at any time for guided tips and in-context documentation.
Don't want to manually build a chart? Ask Yogi can build one for you. Try "How has sentiment for my snack bars changed in the last 6 months?" Ask Yogi returns the right chart, and you can click it to open in Charts and refine.
