About Saved Prompts
If you're running the same Ask Yogi analyses on repeat — a monthly reporting question, a competitive check, a launch retrospective — Saved Prompts lets you capture the version that works, refine it over time, and share it with teammates who'd benefit from it.
Save a prompt once, run it forever, edit it any time, and share it with your team in a click. All of your Saved Prompts — yours and any shared with you — live in the Prompt Gallery.

The Workflow
1. Save a prompt
In an Ask Yogi conversation, click the bookmark icon under any prompt you've written. Give it a name and save.

The save modal also has a Save answer format toggle. Flipping it on tells Yogi to preserve the shape of the answer you approved of — a table with specific section headers, not a wall of prose. Next time the prompt runs, the answer comes back in a similar shape. This is the difference between "I saved this prompt" and "I saved this analysis."

2. Parameterize it
Instead of hard-coding a specific product, brand, or custom filter into the prompt, you can turn any filter dimension into a placeholder — a variable the runner fills in when they use the prompt.
The difference: a prompt with "Analyze consumer sentiment for Dot's Original Seasoned Pretzel Twists" only works for that one product, and you'd need to override it each time, A prompt with "Analyze consumer sentiment for [[Product]]" works for any product — the runner picks. That's what makes a prompt reusable across your portfolio and shareable across teammates who care about different things.
How to add a placeholder:
Type
[[where you want the placeholder to appear — a dropdown surfaces the filter dimensions you can insert.Or click the Add placeholder button in the prompt editor and pick a dimension.
Any filter dimension available in your Hub can be a placeholder (Product, Brand, Theme, Date range, and so on). Once inserted, the placeholder renders as a chip in the prompt — the runner clicks the chip to pick a value at run time.

3. Reuse it
Open the Prompt Gallery from either:
The bookmark icon in the Ask Yogi input box → View prompt gallery.
The View more link above the Prompt gallery cards on the Home page or Ask Yogi page.
Click any prompt and it loads into the chat input. Fill in any placeholder chips with your own values, then run it.

4. Refine it
Click Edit to open the prompt detail modal from the Gallery. Refine the wording, tighten the prompt, add/remove placeholders — future runs use the improved version.

5. Share it
From the same panel, share with specific teammates in your Hub, at two permission levels:
Viewer — can see and use the prompt, but not edit it.
Editor — can also modify the title and text.
Owners always keep full control — revoke access, change permissions, or delete the prompt entirely.
