With just a click, Yogi’s AI analyzes thousands of data points behind any view and instantly surfaces the most impactful themes, keywords, and verbatims — so you can focus your time where it matters most.

To open the Summary Panel:

• On a chart, click any datapoint and select Summarize.

• On the Feedback and Keywords page, click the blue Summarize button at the top left.

The Summary Panel will slide out from the right, displaying a curated breakdown of the customer feedback behind that datapoint. Want to dive even deeper? Click on any theme in under Yogi Key Themes to see AI-generated summary callouts that highlight what’s driving sentiment change.
