The Yogi Update Process
Having specific, timely, and meaningful feedback is important; for your career and for your product portfolio. While we can’t guarantee you a promotion, we do aim to help you look great in your next meeting by delivering actionable insights into consumer preferences.
About the Process
When and how often does my Yogi project get updated?
Updates to your Yogi Dashboard and its Dataset(s) occur once per week by default. These updates usually complete on Saturday and pull new review and ratings from every source Yogi is tracking for your dashboard.
What does Yogi do when a Dashboard is updated?
When Yogi updates your project, new reviews and ratings data is collected from each source and processed through Yogi's AI and NLP. Each new review is analyzed by Yogi, with each review sentence being placed into its corresponding theme and given a sentiment score. Counts, averages, and percentages all update to reflect the additional data.
Will I see new themes when my Dashboard updates?
During the standard weekly update process, new review data is added to existing project themes. We’ve found that the themes Yogi identifies are valid month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter so updating them more frequently would only make it more difficult for you to identify insights, track issues, and report progress. Yogi does have methods for determining if new themes are required. Our team will notify you if we kick off such updates so that you are aware of incoming modifications.
What if I have other data sources, like customer survey results, in my Yogi project. Are those handled differently?
The updates schedule for these other data sources may vary, with the exact frequency specified in your agreement.
Yogi analyzes the sentences within those sources using its same AI and NLP models.
