The 4 Sections of your Digest:

Featured Insight – This is the most significant outlier from your Insights Feed for the last 1 month or last 3 months (we only surface insights from these recent windows so the digest stays current).
Note: This section only appears when there is a qualifying insight in that 1‑ or 3‑month window. If there isn’t one for your hub that week, the Featured Insight block is omitted and the rest of the digest (Featured Feedback, Winner & Underdog, Sentiment on the Move) still appears as usual.
Featured Feedback – Three of the most interesting customer verbatims that surfaced in the past week, handpicked by AI to get you closer to real customer voices. The AI picks feedback that:
- Are attention-grabbing, surprising, or emotionally charged, often offering actionable insights for product teams.
- Cover different products and brands, with a balance of positive and negative feedback.
- Provide rich context, like unique use cases or competitor mentions, to spark deeper exploration.
Winner & Underdog of the Week – The two products with the biggest change in star rating change week-over-week—one trending up, one trending down.

Sentiment on the Move – The biggest sentiment shifts in the last 30 days versus the prior period, broken down by your products and sub-themes to show what’s improving and what might need attention.

Note: You may not see all four sections of the Digest every week. Each section is powered by recent data from your account, and we only include results that meet our minimum thresholds for volume and statistical significance. If there wasn’t enough relevant feedback or activity during the past week, that section will be left out to maintain quality and accuracy.
