19 November 2025 — View Filters from Feedback Record

When you click into a verbatim from Ask Yogi, the exact filters and keywords used to generate that answer will now carry over automatically to the Feedback page. This added transparency removes the guesswork—making it easier to understand why you’re seeing specific results and explore related insights seamlessly. Move effortlessly between Ask Yogi, the Feedback page, and Charts to connect all the dots.

How it works:

1. Hover over the citation icon next to any direct quote.

2. Click “View Record.”

3. View the full record, along with all other relevant records tied to that same filter set.

4. Head to the Charts page to visualize those filters across multiple charts.

• 🔍 Search within conversations and find answers faster by searching the full body of your AskYogi conversations, not just titles.

• 📋 Better copy & paste – formatting is now preserved when you copy an Ask Yogi conversation, and pasted text will use your destination app’s default fonts without unwanted highlight colors.

• 🗂 Conversation history on the homepage so you can access recent chats right from the homepage without extra clicks.

📅 "Last Week" Date Range Option

You can now quickly filter data using the new “Last Week” option in the date range dropdown. Previously, users had to manually set a custom range—this update makes weekly insights more accessible with a single click.

🗂️ "Reviews" Renamed to "Records"

We’ve updated all mentions of “Reviews” to “Records” across the platform—for clearer, more inclusive labeling.

Why? Because Yogi supports more than just reviews. This change helps reflect the full scope of insights available, including non-review sources such as customer care data, survey data, social data, etc. If you’re only using reviews today, reach out to your Customer Success Manager to learn how you can expand your analysis with additional data types.

Your charts now tell a clearer story. Edit chart titles directly to highlight exactly what you're analyzing. With this upgrade, you can:

• ✏️ Personalize your charts with titles that capture what matters most about your analysis.

• 📊 Copy to clipboard or download PNG files with custom titles so your charts make sense without additional explanation.

• 🔍 Create clearer comparisons when using multi-panel views to analyze different segments.

• 📌 Save custom titles to dashboards for more informative reporting.

Your insights deserve better labels than "Theme Sentiment" – now they can have them.
